Royal Crown Investment seeks to identify unique opportunities across all segments of the private equity spectrum including expansion capital, buyout, turnaround and special situations.
We prefer to partner with strong operators, who are either the original management of the target company, new management that we bring in or third-party industry experts who can provide the required domain expertise to develop the investment value.
We like to structure investments to best develop the potential upsides, whilst at the same time maximizing the downside protection. We focus particularly on investments which are synergistic with the underlying growth trends in the Industrial, Manufacturing, Retail, Transportation and Logistics, Healthcare, Education, Conventional and Renewable Energy, Technology, Tourism and Financial Services sectors.

VENTURE CAPITAL
The Royal Crown Investment team identifies opportunities to invest in technology companies, as providers of either initial, early-stage capital for innovative projects or later-stage funding for proven technologies that have the potential for further development.
Our principal focus is on the larger rounds of financing that are usually required to scale-up a company’s international operations by the establishment of an overseas commercial presence, manufacturing operation and / or distribution platform.
We also like to engage our entrepreneurial spirit by supporting new ideas and projects from the ground level if there is a compelling investment case, an arbitrage opportunity, a unique asset to be leveraged or a proven technology that can be introduced into markets with which we are familiar.
REAL ESTATE
One of the characteristics of the real estate market is its potential volatility and as such, the Royal Crown Investment strategy in this sector is to focus on opportunities that provide a steady cash yield and protection for the capital investment.
We seek to mitigate any risk by investing in single-tenant properties with low tenant turnover, with a particular preference for sale and lease back opportunities in high yielding assets, where the tenant is known to us and is looking for a permanent or temporary liquidity solution.
We have developed real estate interests throughout the GCC and worldwide and are in a strong position to leverage strategic relationships with the a number of the world`s largest developers in large scale commercial and residential projects from initiation through completion to operation.

The healthcare sector comprises four broad types of services: health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment and rehabilitation.
Ancillary services consist of providing an organization or system with the necessary technology and service support for the operation of the primary activities which, for healthcare, entails the improvement of a physician, dentist or clinician’s operational efficiency by streamlining all secondary processes.
